Heavy Duty anti slide steel safety metal grating with grip strut
Grtp Strut Grating are available are 4-3/4" (2 diamond), 7" (3 diamond), 8-1/8" (3
diamond with abrasive nosing), 9-1/2" (4 diamond), 10-1/2" (4 diamond with abrasive nosing) and 11-3/4" (5 diamond) etc.
The lengths of the plunk gratings can be as your requirement.
Grtp Strut Grating Plates are one-piece modules manufactured with integral side toe boards projecting above the walking surface of the flooring.
Ideal for elevated applications such as suspended walkways or conveyor catwalks, these channels provide safe, economical,
slip resistant options for long span walkways. Continuous spans can be accommodated by welding adjacent planks or
specifying splice plates as illustrated below.
Grip Strut Safety Grating
Grip Strut Safety Grating plank is an excellent slip resistant material that is low in material cost, as well as installation cost. This planking, at 1-1/2" deep x .080 thick and 9-1/2" wide (4 diamond), provides maintenance-free open design for drainage of fluids, chips, grease, mud and snow. The serrated surface grips soles securely-in all directions-in practically every place. High strength-to-weight performance is achieved through depth of section and structural design. Light and easy to handle, this helps in quick installation, that usually can be handled by one person. Available in 5052 Aluminum. Standard lengths are 10' and 12'. Applications of Grip Strut Plank
Grip Strut Plank can be made out of iron plate, aluminium plate or stainless steel plate, etc, based upon different working environments. If iron plate is used, when grip strut plank is ready, it can be electro-galvanized, hot dip galvanized or spray-painted. Grip strut plank has nicer skid resistance and beautiful look, so it is widely used as stair tread, walkway and workshop floor in factories and transportation facilities, etc. When grip strut plank is covered with mud, ice, snow, grease, oily soil or cleaning media, grip strut plank can efficiently safeguard the safety of operating personnel.
Characteristics of the perforated Grtp Strut Grating:
With non-slip, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, durable features and beautiful appearance. Punching hole type with raised herring
bone, raised crosswise, round, crocodilelips type, tear-type. These hole types are all CNC punching holes.
Economical to Install & Use
Additionally, to having low material cost and nominal erection cost, GRIP STRUT safety grating also helps save with its durable, rust-resisting materials and finishes. Standard millgalvanized finish prevents corrosion to give lasting surfaces. High-strength aluminum and Types 304 and 316L stainless steel are available to give maximum corrosion prevention. Black unpainted steel available for installations containing hot dipped galvanized finish after fabrication. These light weight but bulky panels allow significant reduction in structural steel requirements. Its Open design contains a self-cleaning feature and therefore is practically maintenance free.
