Function and Advantages:
1.Chain link fence machine is specially used for manufacturing chain link fences of different sizes. The wire is fed from the pay-off and pass through the mould where the DIAMOND SIZE takes place. After passing through the mould, the diamond pattern wire is automatically thrown on the winding shaft in the switching process. Once the switching is complete,the woven is manually glided down to enable the next switch to take place.
The chain link is automatically wound to form rolls when the desired length is manufactured.
2.It adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC origin touch screen control, which is more convenient for the operation.
3.One side or both sides of the end of mesh hole is twisted or with bending in edge. Surely,the edges can also be opened.Finally,according to the practical need,can use the compacting machine to make the chain link fence mesh into the smaller and tight rolls.
Weaving way adopts servo motor,it ensures the mesh size error is rather small.
4.When the feeding wire happens failure,such as the material of folding,twisting,the machine will stop,so the machine will not produce the unqualified chain link.
